• A 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation
• The remaining balance must be paid 45 days prior to arrival

Cancellation Policy

Any modification or cancellation request must be submitted by email. Cancellation deadlines are determined according to the property’s local time.

The following conditions apply:

• The initial deposit is non-refundable
• Cancellation within 45 days of arrival: 100% of the total stay is due
• No-show: 100% of the total stay is due
