Discover Villa Elara, a beautiful private Moorish-style residence set within 7.5 acres of peaceful countryside just south of Marrakech, with magnificent panoramic views of the Atlas Mountains.

Surrounded by extensive private grounds, the villa combines traditional Moroccan character with privacy and tranquillity. The estate is home to a beautiful olive grove of approximately 400 trees, from which the property produces its own olive oil, as well as a fruit orchard, creating an authentic and peaceful countryside setting within easy reach of Marrakech.

Designed as a spacious single-storey residence, Villa Elara is centred around a large traditional atrium connecting the main rooms of the property. Generous reception and living areas create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making the villa particularly well suited to families and groups of friends.

The property accommodates up to 16 guests between the main house and independent garden suites, with additional accommodation available at an extra cost for larger groups.

Outside, guests can enjoy a large swimming pool that can be heated, an expansive dining and seating terrace, and extensive gardens overlooking the Atlas Mountains.

The property also offers an impressive range of sports and wellness facilities, including a clay tennis court, 6-hole putting green, basketball and handball court, pétanque, table tennis, volleyball, badminton, hammam and dedicated massage room.

Yoga equipment is also available for guests wishing to practise during their stay, and a private yoga teacher can be arranged upon request.

Bedrooms

Villa Elara accommodates up to 16 guests across the main house and its garden suites.

The main house features four double or twin bedrooms, each with a Moroccan-style en-suite bathroom, as well as a children’s bedroom with two beds located off one of the double bedrooms.

Three independent one-bedroom garden suites provide additional accommodation and greater privacy.

Two additional one-bedroom garden suites are available at an extra cost and are not included in the standard rental rate.

It has 7 bathrooms as two bedrooms share a bathroom.

Additional services

• Grocery shopping: The housekeeper will carry out two shopping trips per week: the initial pre-stocking and one mid-week shop. Any additional shopping trips will be charged at €25 per trip.

• Pool heating: Between October and May, pool heating may be required and is available at an additional cost of €350 per week.

• Laundry: A couple of loads of laundry are included. Any additional laundry will be charged at €15 per load.

• Children’s evening meal: Children’s dinner can be served at 5:30 PM at an additional cost of €360 per week, excluding the cost of groceries.

Rental conditions

• Exclusive rental only
• Minimum stay: 3 nights
• Security deposit: £1,000
• Respect of the property is required
• Two additional garden bedrooms are available at an additional cost and are not included in the standard rental rate

Booking conditions

• 50% deposit required to confirm the booking
• Balance due 45 days before arrival
• Additional services payable on site
• Event services available upon request

Cancellation policy

• Any modification must be requested by email
• Cancellation conditions apply according to the property’s local time
• Initial deposit is non-refundable
• Cancellation less than 45 days before arrival: 100% of the stay is due
• No-show: 100% of the stay is due
